This program converts MPEG animation files into AMIGA ANIM files.
It was written as my 030 can only play MPEGS at 4 - 5 fps but could
play ANIM files at 50 fps !

The ANIM output file can be scaled and a selection of screen modes
can be selected, ranging from 2 - 256 colours.

It works by joining a few PD codes via an arexx script with a GUI
front end. Please read the enclosed guide file for more information
and send you support to the various authors of code that have made
this program possible.
