This programm compresses the reloctable of any executeables, libs, devices
and all codesegments with a size lower than 64kByte (codehunk). The idea
is very simple, the kickstart 2.0 and higher have a enhanced LoadSeg()
funktion (Hunk reloc32short), this make it possible to compress the
reloc hunk`s (without modify the programmcode self !!!).
The gain of this is about 0-2kByte and all debuginformations...
