This is the new PCQ archive.

So what's new?

I have made a new pcq.lib with a lot of new functions.
New startupcode 2.0+.
Pcq.lib has now defines for all varargs functions
in the system libraries. That means you can write
code like this:

      w := OpenWindowTags(NIL,
                 WA_Flags,     WFLG_DEPTHGADGET + WFLG_DRAGBAR +
                               WFLG_CLOSEGADGET + WFLG_SIZEGADGET + WFLG_ACTIVATE,
                 WA_IDCMP,     IDCMP_CLOSEWINDOW,
                 WA_Width,     MINWINDOWWIDTH,
                 WA_Height,    MINWINDOWHEIGHT,
