New in version 1.8 (6.12.99)

This is probably the last version of HTTPResume... But only because I'm
completing a program that is sucessor to it.

 - Now option and ARexx command USERAGENT to allow specifying User-Agent:
   field of HTTP request. This is mainly implemented so that AWebResume
   could forward AWeb's "Spoof as" option to HTTPResume. You shouldn't
   need to use this option in other cases (Duane McDonnell)

 - Now inserts http:// in front of URL's that don't have a protocol so
   that HTTPResume would accept them as valid URL's when they are read
   from file's comment (Soenke Tesch)

 - Hopefully corrected behaviour of requesters that are used for string,
   number and public screens input. It should work correctly with all
   fonts now.

 - Some internal cleanups and fixes.
